DorjeShugden.com regularly conducts mass mail campaigns to different organizations throughout the world to create awareness of the unconstitutional ban against Dorje Shugden’s practice. We have to speak up in the right way, and these are peaceful methods to achieve Dharma ends.

Both of the Dalai Lama’s tutors, Kyabje Ling Rinpoche and Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche, relied on Dorje Shugden as demonstrated by this prayer written by Ling Rinpoche. In it, Ling Rinpoche clearly shows his respect for Dorje Shugden. Were BOTH of the Dalai Lama’s teachers wrong to rely on Dorje Shugden?

The world’s two largest Tibetan Buddhist organizations, Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT) and the New Kadampa Tradition (NKT) were established by lamas who relied upon Dorje Shugden. Through their tireless works, they have brought millions onto the Buddhist path. Therefore the Tibetan leadership’s ban of Dorje Shugden is completely baseless and without logic.

H.H. the 16th Karmapa and H.H. Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche remained close friends throughout their life. Though the Karmapa knew Trijang Rinpoche practiced Dorje Shugden, he never once spoke a negative word about the practice, nor Trijang Rinpoche’s reliance on Dorje Shugden.

Contrary to what the Tibetan leadership wishes people to believe, the Karmapas have never rejected Dorje Shugden or lamas who practice Dorje Shugden. In this case, we share with you a prophecy made by the 16th Karmapa who indicated Dorje Shugden’s future significance in the Dharma.

Tibetans believe the Dalai Lama to be clairvoyant and attained, and an emanation of Chenrezig. So why did the Dalai Lama practice Dorje Shugden for 40 years, and never have anything negative to say about him? What happened to the Dalai Lama’s clairvoyance during this time? Why did the Dalai Lama compose a prayer for Dorje Shugden?

Not everyone in the Tibetan Buddhist world obeys the Dalai Lama. In this case, the former King of Bhutan is seen with the Karmapa that the Tibetan leadership rejected. Just like the issue of the two Karmapas, it is in fact the Tibetan leadership who have created a division amongst their people when it comes to Dorje Shugden.

The Tibetan leadership often claims that the 5th Dalai Lama considered Dorje Shugden to be a spirit. However, the 5th Dalai Lama also wrote a prayer to Dorje Shugden, AND built a temple for him alongside handcrafting a statue of Dorje Shugden. All three continue to exist to this day.

If the Gaden Tripa, who is the head of the Gelug lineage, practices Dorje Shugden, then how can Dorje Shugden be wrong?

On March 2, 2014, Dorje Shugden practitioners everywhere awoke to the confusing but happy news that the CTA had finally accepted Dorje Shugden as their main state protector.
Closer examination however, revealed that the announcement was not all it appeared to be. A day later, the news was promptly edited to state that Palden Lhamo is in fact the actual main state protector for the Tibetans.
