I’ve learned a lot from this teaching. It reminds me of how important it is to be mindful of our actions of body, speech and mind throughout the day. By establishing a daily practice in this way, we will acquire virtuous or wholesome actions and will be able to abandon non-virtuous or unwholesome actions.
