Must Watch! Tibetans are being attacked & abused in India
« on: March 05, 2019, 01:16:06 AM »
Everyone must watch this!

Listen to and watch these Tibetans who have been attacked and abused by guess who? Their own Tibetan exile government (Central Tibetan Administration - CTA) who have created schism, discrimination, division, fractions and orchestrated attacks on their own people. You must see what they did to victimise their own people in the videos below!

It is such a shame that having escaped to India and when exiled Tibetans should be united, problems are purposefully created to divert and hide the attention of the Tibetan Leaders' failures, such as the unethical and illogical ban on authentic protector practice of Dorje Shugden. Such a great institution of Tibetan Buddhism, holder of Buddha's true teachings are brought down from within and not from external interference. Amazing how the Tibetan Leaders could even associate the practice of this 400 protector with spies for China. Luckily the attained Lamas and practitioners who held true to their vows and Guru samaya kept this powerful and beneficial practice alive. We need his practice so much and so many have given testimonials of his help. The world leaders are at fault for turning a blind eye to the farce of Tibetan Leaders' compassion and should really wake up to see the sufferings of these Tibetan people.

I have heard and read much news about how the Dorje Shugden followers are being discriminated and segregated by their own government and people. The Dorje Shugden ban has created so many sufferings and disharmony not just in the Tibetan community but in the worldwide Buddhist community. Most people are ignorant of who Dorje Shugden is but because the Dalai Lama said Dorje Shugden is not good so everybody listens to him.

Dorje Shugden ban was imposed by the CTA as a cover-up of their failure to fulfill their promise of bringing the Tibetans back to Tibet. After 60 years, the Tibetans are still struggling which is not acceptable. Therefore, the CTA has to put the blame on someone as they do not want to be responsible for it. So they make up some stories and blame Dorje Shugden for sabotaging their cause.

When the CTA imposes the ban, they segregate the Dorje Shugden followers, causing them to be outcasted by their own people. Monks in the monasteries become enemies because some continue to practice Dorje Shugden. Many monks are expelled from the monasteries. Lives of Dorje Shugden followers are threatened, some Dorje Shugden lamas were murdered by the anti-Dorje Shugden group. Families and friends don't talk to each other anymore because of the ban. 20 years of suffering is enough, more people should be informed of the truth and CTA has to lift the ban, they have created too much negative karma.

This is what the CTA is capable of, to split the Tibetan community into different fractions and create disharmony. They encourage their own people to fight with each other and they are not interested in taking care of the welfare of the Tibetans. They exploit their own people for their own benefit.

The CTA is incapable and they don't want to be confronted. Therefore, they split the Tibetans into different friction so they are busy fighting with each other and the people power will not be strong enough to confront the CTA. The conflict that causes the most violence is the Dorje Shugden ban. Many people suffered from physical abuse and some were murdered, that include high lamas.

These videos are proofs that the CTA is abusing and exploiting the Tibetans. Life as a refugee is already not easy, it is so sad that the Tibetans are abused by their own leadership and people. Tibetans should wake up and see how evil the CTA is and stop being manipulated by them. CTA will not fulfill their promise because they don't intend to do that.

This is just another proof of the downfall of the Tibetan government. They are the only government in the world that lead their own people to more problems and more troubles than what they already have. Being a refugee in a foreign country with no future is a bad way to live and on top of that, the Tibetan government are creating problems for them intentionally for their own selfish gain?

I wonder what kind of karma it takes to be reborn as a Tibetan in exile. It must be heavy negative karma to be even associated with that kind of government that actually lead their own people to death and misery. There is nothing positive about the Tibetan government and anything associated with them will turn out to be negative and harmful.

Tibetans should just move away from India and escape the clutches of the awful Tibetan government. China is now opening its doors for Tibetan to move back to Tibet and they should take the opportunity to fight for a better future. There is no future for them in India and they know it.

The CTA has been painting a very beautiful picture of life in India to the Tibetans in Tibet. The CTA wants more Tibetans from Tibet to come to India so they can maintain the population of Tibetans in the exile community. The CTA needs to have a reasonable amount of Tibetans in the exile community in order to ask for donations and also to justify their existence.

Those who believe CTA's story about life in India are very disappointed when they see the reality. They feel so stupid because they give up their comfortable life in Tibet and come to India to suffer. They have to start learning another language, learn about another culture so they can adapt to the new environment.

Look at how much disharmony it is in the Tibetan community in India, they fight among each other always, there is no peace. It is more peaceful in Tibet than in India. All the conflicts and disharmony are created by the CTA so that no one will have the time or power to scrutinise them.

Actually what you say is so true. I think that those who came are actually either very spiritual and wish to be with the Dalai Lama or they are already not very progressive in their own lives in Tibet and came to Dharamasala thinking that they can also get a free ride on the easy life of begging. Guess both are not living upto what they have in mind. CTA only provides disillusions, disappointment and more sufferings with their disregard for the welfare of their people. After all, they are being lead by Lobsang Sangay who is already an American citizen and couldn't care less for Tibet other than to increase his fame and pocket. Tibetans in Dharamsala are the losers in Lobsang Sangay and his governance.

The irony these Tibetan refugees came to India to escape what they called "oppression" and "abused" in their own land. Now that they live in exile, they are being attacked by fellow Tibetans.

Refugee attacking and discriminating fellow refugees. So why they are worthy of support and donation if they abuse their own kind?

They came to India to escape the invasion of their own country and due to India's kindness, they are saved from being homeless. India is so kind to have given them land, assistance and even privileges that some Indians do not have. They should be grateful and not created any problems for India. However, they attacked and abused India in return for their kindness. I read that the Tibetans are even cheating India's government to receive aids which they are not entitled to. What kind of people are they? They are harming their host country instead of helping them because the host country had shown them so much kindness. Tibetans do not deserve to receive any kindness from anyone because all they do is just abuse other people's kindness. They should be kicked out of India and face the consequences of homelessness.

The Tibetans have risked so much to escape Tibet and arrived in India hoping they will have a better future here. The CTA is supposed to take care of them but they allow fights among the Tibetans. It is sad to see Tibetans are being abused and attacked by their own people.

Of course, the Tibetans are being bullied in India. That is not their country and their stay is overdue. The Tibetans had stayed in India for more than 60 years now and they have not made any progress in their Tibetan cause and they will probably have to extend their stay in India. The Tibetans are using Indian's land and resources but yet, they showed no gratitude back to the Indian government.

In fact, the Tibetans do not respect the Indians and treated them like they are lower than them. Hence, this angered the Indians and cause alot of problems.

The CTA should protect their people and not running all over the world.

The Tibetans want to go back to Tibet instead of being attacked and abused in India.
Why is the CTA not doing what they are supposed to do?
CTA, have a healing dialogue with China and make the life of Tibetans better.

The CTA wants an easy and comfortable life, they are not the hard working type. The Tibetan struggle has helped the CTA getting a lot of free money, they will make sure Tibetans are still struggling. They may say Tibetans have suffered so much under the Chinese ruling but they actually using this to fool people for sympathy. They will continue to victimise themselves so they don't lose the support. The CTA does not care if Tibetans are abused or attacked, this is not their concern. They are only focusing in looking for ways to get more free money for themselves.

Cheating Tibetans in exile, promising them false hopes and swindling the West with their poor me stories of losing their country which they themselves signed off in the first place, is what CTA is all about. And it requires smart Tibetans to make a stand and voice out the deceptions and injustice they see.

The Dalai Lama did make them democratic, so why not use democratic systems to deal with the CTA who themselves have abused the system to their own advantage and liking. Especially their President who does not even respect their own court! So terribly embarrassing!

Quote
Please do the right thing: Open letter to Sikyong Lobsang Sangay

Dear Sikyong Lobsang Sangay,

My friends and I write this Open Letter to you because like many people we are deeply concerned for the fate of Tibetan Democracy given to us by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The news about the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission Order of 22nd November 2019 directing you and the Kashag to apologise to Penpa Tsering by 27 December, failing which the rights of Kashag members to stand in elections and to vote would be withheld, has further strengthened the Tibetan people’s faith in the Tibetan judiciary. The 14 October 2019 Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission verdict vindicated plaintiff Penpa Tsering of all charges made against him, and directed the Kashag to issue an apology in both Tibetan and English, to be published in all official bulletins and publications.

It is public knowledge that Penpa Tsering brought the well-known “Case No 20” to the highest Tibetan Court after your 10 March 2018 speech in Dharamshala. Every year Tibetans and supporters’ world over commemorate 10th March to mark the 1959 Tibetan national uprising against the Chinese occupation of Tibet when thousands of Tibetan men, women, and children were killed, and which resulted in the escape of His Holiness and thousands of Tibetans into exile in India and neighbouring states. But you used that sacred day to politicise an issue involving you by very craftily mixing it with talk of Tibetan unity and the importance of following His Holiness’ wishes, and then saying the Tibetan Court is there to resolve our disputes. Social media is full of people reliving this notorious 10 March speech of yours, and expressing their disgust for your [Kashag] not honouring the Tibetan Court’s verdict. So far as per news reports, only the plaintiff lawyer’s fee has been paid; no apology!

After the Justice Commission’s verdict clearing Penpa Tsering of all charges given by the Kashag in ousting him from the Office of Tibet post in Washington DC, the Minister of Home, Sonam Topgyal, addressed the media (you were again not in Dharamshala on this crucial “Case No 20” day). Both he and your lawyer, who has now been “found to be in contempt of court, licence annulled among other punishments”, expressed disappointment with the verdict. It is obvious that anyone who loses a case will be disappointed if a verdict does not go in their favour. What is important is that in a DEMOCRACY no one is above the law. But Sonam Topgyal’s reference to “lay gyum dre” shocked and surprised many people. “Lay gyum dre” has nothing to do with judicial cases.

One cannot imagine how much your undermining of the Justice Commission’s verdict has hurt His Holiness. During public talks and in front of His Holiness, you always talk of following His wishes. If so, how about following His Holiness’ advice on respecting Democracy? You and the spineless Kalons should be ashamed. You will go down in history as destroyer of Democracy (mangtso) that His Holiness has given to the Tibetan people. We hope from now on His Holiness will avoid attending any function or event where you are there, because that would also tarnish His pure image.

If you as the Sikyong do not abide by the Justice Commission’s verdict, then how can you expect ordinary people to follow? Leadership is about being honest and humble in defeat. Therefore in the name of Unity and Democracy please be positive and do the right thing. Instead of blindly taking sides, everyone should first read the TSJC’s 1,028-page verdict which is detailed and unbiased.

“The best way to enhance freedom in other lands is to demonstrate here that our democratic system is worth of emulation.” — President Jimmy Carter.

Sincerely,

Tenzin Nyima and Friends

It is indeed very sad to see how a government is abusing its own people. The CTA has been taking advantage of the Tibetan plight to get money for themselves. What has the CTA achieved in the past 60 years? What is the result of the free Tibet movement? The CTA encourage the Tibetans to self-immolate to create awareness on the Tibetan plight in the hope that more people will support them, but is it working? If the CTA wants to see some progress in the free Tibet movement, they should first solve the conflicts in the Tibetan community, unite the people and work together using the peaceful method. Condemning the Chinese government and sacrificing more lives will not help at all.
