CTA the job you are supposed to do
« on: August 19, 2012, 02:06:06 PM »
CTA you would rather spend time and resources  on the issue below than even have dialogue with Dorje Shudgen Practitioners, a lot of the Dorje Shugden practitioners happen to be Tibetans. This shows the CTA do no understand prioritisation of what is really important to engage in.

I don't think the clashes between Muslims and the Buddhists is a religious issues, and whatever that is happening in Assam is a result of politics and in retaliation for what has happened in Myanmar with the Rohingya Muslims. What is happening in Myanmar is not about inter religious, the Burmese government have been killing their own people indiscriminately for years and years now, they can even kill monks.

Think its a bit of a hypocritical meeting anyway.

1) the CTA maybe should spend a little more time commenting on their peoples WELFARE, instead of someone elses religion? Why not spend more time promoting religious harmony amongst Buddhists too?

2) the CTA are human rights offenders themselves. What right do they have to be meeting up about the human rights offences of others? What right do they have to be commenting about another nations affairs? Oh wait, did that accusation just sound a little Chinese Communist? Whoops  ::)

CTA will do anything in hopes they will look good. They are hanging at the edge of the cliff by their fingernails. They have failed in everything. The young Tibetans are selling sweaters, working in resteraunts, or just hanging around trying to get to USA or Europe. Young Tibetan males are well known for their heavy drinking and lazing their days away in drunken stupors in Delhi and Dharamsala. They have not many work opportunities in India. CTA has failed to provide a future for them.

Dalai Lama is ageing and his passing is just nearby (unfortunately) and once he passes, they have no other leaders that can keep the 'torch' going. After the Dalai Lama, all the special treatment and priviledges afforded them by Indian Govt will disappear.

Tibetans in exile will NEVER get Tibet back independent or otherwise. They are still self immolating and protesting because the CTA failed miserably.

Even the members of the CTA has used their priviledged positions to get their familiy members to Europe, America and Australia.

There is no future, no country and no more hope for CTA, but Dalai Lama is still alive and have to 'prove' they are working hard and doing something when in fact they are the glorified travel agents of the Dalai Lama! Their biggest duty is to alway prepare the travel and destination plans of Dalai Lama's globe trotting plans.

CTA is down and just hanging now. Their time is near an end very soon.

The Tibetans are being projected wrongly on social networking sites, sparking off the wild rumours???

Quote. Unquote.

Hmmmm... I wonder what rumours are being referred to here? Could it be that the Dalai lama and CTA are guilty of religious discrimination? Could it be that a certain percentage of the Tibetan population live in fear of harm and death, upon the edicts of their government? Could it be that a certain percentage of the population do not enjoy the same privileges or even the same basic rights as the rest of the population? Could it be that the CTA are riding roughshod over the most fundamental human rights and freedoms? Could this be why they place so much importance on quashing these rumours and repairing international relations, completely ignoring the welfare of their own people, those they are sworn to serve?

The CTA are a bunch of people who don't have enough pot lids to cover their pots. They know their time is limited, hence are evacuating the country and making the best for themselves, not for their country. If only the Tibetan peoples would wake up and smell the coffee. Guys, your so called government is not doing a thing for you. If they were, you would have education, welfare, culture, economy, protection, autonomy, and maybe even independence. You would not be pariahs in the eyes of the Indian and Nepalese government.

Stop immolating yourselves already. China doesn't care, and your own government doesn't care either. Look back in history, study what were the causes for the growth of your country. Two words - D-O-R-J-E S-H-U-G-D-E-N.

CTA never cared about the general population. Their main concern was wealth, power and fame. Everything else was secondary. in 50 years, there has been so little progress in the Tibetan colony, there are no real jobs for the Tibetan youths to work with and more and more tibetans have to fly to other countries to do work as there is nothing for them in Dharamsala. Why not just create an industry for them if CTA is really serious in taking care of the Tibetans?

Dalai Lama is ageing and his passing is just nearby (unfortunately) and once he passes, they have no other leaders that can keep the 'torch' going. After the Dalai Lama, all the special treatment and priviledges afforded them by Indian Govt will disappear.
Without the Dalai Lama, CTA is nothing. Nobody would have heard of Tibet. And every year, there would be small wars against China and eventually the Chinese will take control and wipe out CTA. India is only tolerating the Tibetans because of the Dalai Lama. Until now, Lobsang Sanggay has not been doing much. Will there really be someone to take the lead and make real changes?

Tibetans in exile will NEVER get Tibet back independent or otherwise. They are still self immolating and protesting because the CTA failed miserably.
As proudly as the CTA encourages self immolations and sells it off to the western media like a promise or a cure to an imaginary problem, it also shows that nobody believes in them anymore. They know that CTA is equally repressive as China, and they know that there is no hope around and therefore self immolation is the only way to escape. Perhaps this is the real reason for the "silent" self immolations where no slogans were chanted. But oh well.

CTA does not even believe in their own country, culture, cause or even religion! They have shown time and time again that they do not give a care about anyone, be it their own citizens or the Tibetans in China, nor is it anything for the Dalai Lama's advice and teachings. what do they care about? Being in the limelight and eating momos while watching people doing hunger fasts.

Thanks Mana for your nice wake up call on the grim reality that is the CTA's future. You're totally right that there is no future for CTA and Dharamsala. Soon, the 99 year lease from india to tibet will expire, and once it does, there will be nothing left for the tibetan colony. Good luck, CTA, without the Dalai Lama.

I totally agree with DharmaSpace's statement here. The CTAs have been wasting their time on spreading untrue information and causing disturbances in peoples' minds, don't you guys have something else to do? ie Putting your own people first and stop creating disharmony amongst yourselves. If this continues, I can assure you that there's no way you guys are going to have your own people devoted to you and respect you, it will never happen this way.
