Dalai Lama the two faced monk?
« on: November 20, 2016, 10:59:08 AM »
Earlier in the year, H.H. Dalai Lama mocked Donald Trump about his hair and the way he speaks. There was a report that said that H.H. Dalai Lama also compared Donald Trump to Hitler saying that they are about the same. So with all these said, why is H.H. Dalai Lama changing his tune now when Trump has been the elected president?

Does this mean that for money and fame, H.H. Dalai Lama is willing to take back what he say so that he will get the support that he wants?

Dalai Lama, CTA congratulate US President-elect Trump

US President-elect Donald Trump
US President-elect Donald Trump
DHARAMSHALA, Nov. 10: Following the victory of Donald Trump in the United States Presidencial elections, the Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the exile Tibetan government’s Prime Minister (Sikyong) and the Tibetan parliament passed on congratulatory notes to the President-elect.

The Dalai Lama’s private office expressed admiration over the United State’s record of democracy and peace while acknowledging the contribution of the US in providing assistance and support towards Tibetans from respective former Presidents.

The Tibetan PM Dr. Lobsang Sangay wrote, “On behalf of the Central Tibetan Administration and the Tibetan people, I would like to congratulate you and your party’s victory in the US presidential election and wish you the best for your new responsibility as the president of the great nation of United States of America.”

Sangay also raised hope that the US will continue support for the Tibetan cause saying, “As you have promised in your victory speech, 'to deal fairly with everyone' in the world community while keeping the national interest at front, we appeal to you and your Administration to use your good offices to continue your support for the peaceful resolution of the Tibetan issue through dialogue.”

The TPiE Speaker Khenpo Sonam Tenphel also passed on similar greetings. He wrote, “Your Excellency, Tibetans living under the Chinese rule and Tibetans across the free world are eternally grateful to the people and the government of the United States of America, irrespective of their party affiliations, who have consistently rendered deep interest and support for the Tibetan issue and have maintained cordial relationship with Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama. We hope it will be continued under your leadership as well.”

The Republican Party nominee who was widely criticized for his un-presidential antics for his racist and sexist remarks won the elections despite major polls predicting that his counterpart Hillary Clinton would win. During his campaign trail, he made alarming assurances such as to build a wall around the border with neighboring Mexico as well as to deport Muslims in the country. Experts say that Donald Trump’s portrayal of an anti-establishment figure led to his victory and that it reflects the angst of many Americans who place receding trust in the government.

The 70 year old businessman from New York who secured 288 electoral votes over Clinton’s 218 in the elections will assume office in two months as the 45th President of the United States.

I think it was unwise move of the Dalai Lama to mock any of the US presidential candidate because the CTA and Tibetan refugees are very much depended on foreign donation. The United States is one of the CTA's biggest sponsors. Donald Trump has never shown interest in the Tibetan cause and has never met the Dalai Lama or any of the CTA representatives. Considering the current situation, the only thing the CTA can do is to reach out to Trump continuously and convince him that the CTA and Tibetan cause are still relevant.

It may seem that the Dalai Lama has over-stepped the boundary with this mocking of President-to-be Trump. He may not be well liked by all, in fact there are certain quarters that really hate Trump but he is still the President to be.

But, there is a question of whether the Dalai Lama is doing it to see how the CTA will carry out damage control if it gets out of hand. After all, the CTA is very reliant upon the U for funds. Is the Dalai Lama then, a mahasiddha? Is the Dalai Lama slowly pushing the CTA?

I am sorry to say this, but the CTA and HHDL is known to be denying their actions and policies. Take for example the ban on Dorje Shugden practice. HHDL, when interviewed by international journalists would always be quick to deny that there is a ban on the practice. But there are many videos in Tibetan of HHDL barring Shugdenpas from attending teachings by His Holiness. What about the many signs posted outside of monasteries, hospitals and schools at the Tibetan settlement that disallowed Shugden practitioners from entering?

Now that Donald Trump have been elected as the 45th president of the USA, I am sure he would chose to work closely with the super powerful China instead of being friendly with the Tibetans who does not even have a country. Just curious to know where the funds are going to come from to pay the salary of the CTA people.

Totally agree with you, Tenzin Malgyur.

Making fun of someone’s appearance is not right; whether that someone is a commoner or an important person. So I think it is an unwise move of the Dalai Lama to make a mockery out of Donald Trump. Well now that Donald Trump is the President of United States, it will be a great financial loss to the CTA.  The tide has turned; Donald Trump would very well choose to work with China as most countries would and he would helped his own fellowmen first before donating the funds to the Tibetan leaders.

President elect Donald Trump will definitely look at the bottom line. He's an entrepreneur first and foremost. Anything that is a drain on resources will be frowned upon. The mockery aside.  So, is the CTA going to pull up their socks? That has always been the question.

So, is the CtA going to do anything? Has the Dalai Lama mocking President elect Donald Trump awakened the CTA to their precarious position?

Well definitely two face to me.... cos now He wants to meet Trump!
I guess they do not really have a choice and the need the money, how else to get funds? But something tells me the Trump is not going to really care for Tibet's cause or any human rights.

Dalai Lama has 'no worries' about Trump presidency
Tibetan spiritual leader says he hopes to meet US president-elect Donald Trump.

Exiled Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama says he has "no worries" about Donald Trump's election as US president, adding he expects the right-wing president-elect to align his future policies with global realities.

The 1989 Nobel Peace Prize winner's remarks on Wednesday were his most extensive yet regarding the election of the property tycoon and reality television star, who has said that he intends to put the concerns of the United States first and has shown little interest in Washington's traditional espousal of global democracy and social justice.

Commenting at the conclusion of a four-day visit to Mongolia, the leader of Tibetan Buddhism said he looks forward to seeing Trump at some point following the January 20 inauguration.

Such meetings usually draw protests from Beijing, which accuses the Dalai Lama of seeking to split Tibet from China.

The 81-year-old monk said he has always regarded the US as the leader of the "free world" and wasn't concerned about racist remarks made by Trump during the campaign.

"I feel during the election, the candidate has more freedom to express. Now once they [are] elected, having the responsibility, then they have to carry their cooperation, their work, according [to] reality," he told reporters in the Mongolian capital, Ulaanbaatar.

"So I have no worries."

'Steady development of bilateral ties'

Tenzin Dhardon Sharling, spokeswoman for the self-declared Tibetan government-in-exile in the northern Indian town of Dharamsala, said she was not aware of any plans for a meeting between the Dalai Lama and Trump.

She said the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan exile community have enjoyed good relations with successive US presidents and expected that to continue under a Trump administration.

"His holiness has always put great hope in the US as a champion of democracy. He hopes for continued support from the new president and his government," she said.

Sad to say, after 50 over years of exile, CTA failed to stand on her own and still depends very much on donations from other countries. USA being one of the biggest sponsors to CTA, of course they are not going to burn the bridge. And of course USA will "forgive" what HHDL has said because USA still want to use CTA to erk China (sad to say, Tibetans are just a pawn by USA to negotiate with China).

In any case, it is interesting to see what will happen when Trump take the office...

The Dalai Lama probably made those remarks of mockery at President Elect Donald Trump (he will be taking office on the 20th January 2017) out of jest. However as the Religious Head representing Tibetans in exile, he should refrain from personal affront, especially the one now rising to power that controls the ludicrous annual sponsorship of his people. As "refugees", the Tibetans in exile are dependant on the goodwill of sponsors to survive without a country to call their own. As such they need to be in the good books by obediently toeing the line and wishes of their sponsors.

It is sad that after so many years of holding the governmental power, CTA had not made any progress in its status nor gain any influence with other head of states. The shame of not having the ability to bring their people home, they instead turn to distract them from this fact with the ban and abusive activities against enlightened Protector Dorje Shugden's practitioners. Also they constantly attack China with propaganda of human rights violation, they are ruling with exactly the same cruelty as well. As Chairman Mao had consolidated his rule through attacks on "Capitalists", CTA emulated through attacks on Shugden practitioners. CTA ban the practice, discriminate by forbidding Shugden practitioners from receiving medical care, receiving monetary aids, entering shops for grocery supplies, travel papers or identity documents, their children receiving education without harassment and monks were expelled from monasteries they had practically built or grown up in, etc. CTA incites their people to attack, threaten and harass Shugden practitioners to give up their practices which had been given by their Gurus. China has changed over the years and are now pouring in funds to promote rehabilitation of sacred places & buildings, Tibetan culture, living standard (with ownership of properties which under previous feudal rule were not allowed) and improving transportation to facilitate trade and travel. Yet CTA keeps harping on history, hanging on to the past and ignoring the current.

It is due to the greed of CTA that they ignore the Dalai Lama's call for negotiation on Autonomy rule all these years. Now that China is strong and leading, without clout, CTA puts Dalai Lama in the position of a "pawn" to America's wishes, instead of the exalted position he should be in as the emanation of Buddha Avalokiteshvara with the enlightened mindstream. Although many still love and revere the Dalai Lama, including Shugden pratictioners, they do not realise the precarious position that CTA had put him and the survival of Tibetans in exile in. Wake up, wake up Sikyong Lobsang Sangay! Wake up Tibetans to what CTA is doing to your future (or lack of).

The evil dalie lame is known as a long-time stooge of the Abrahamic financier and terrorism-supporter George Soros. And so are other puppets such as the Clintons and Obama. George Soros is also the one behind all those anti-Trump protests. The daughter of George Soros, Andrea Soros Colombel, directly supports anti-Shugden maniacal extremists with her Tsadra Foundation.

Therefore, the ludicrous puppet, the evil dalie, was indeed supposed to mock of Trump, because this is his role and task as a Soros' paid clawn.

Now, Shugdenpas who gullibly support the despicable stooge, the evil dalie, as some kind of “divine emanation” are just harming themselves and others out of their obdurate blindness.

How sad! Such would-be practitioners of the great protector became nothing but the submissive subjects of the burlesque stooge of a perverted Abrahamic financier!

If the 14th Dalai Lama really said that there is no "Ban" on Dorje Shugden and we can practice him then why the silence.

What silence? The silence about the anger and hatred spoken by the CTA in Dec. 2016 against the followers of Dorje Shugden.

All the Dalai Lama has to do is tell the CTA to STOP and they would.

He will never tell the CTA to stop for he is for the "Ban".

Our true enemy is the Dalai Lama and not the CTA. The CTA are just puppets for the Dalai Lama to use.\

Dalai Lama STOP LYING!!!!!!

This is the truth many refuse to see, because ultimately what they want is to feel cozy in the court of the evil dalie.

Therefore, we witness all this ridiculous political talk about the irrelevant “CTA” while saving the face of the criminal dalie.

Such so-called “Shugdenpas” and their “CTA” opponents are like two evil children fighting for the favor of their evil parent.

No wonder one of them even said that “Dorje Shugen is just a small part of me”, in the vain hope of appeasing the evil dalie.

Hello Matibhadra

When oh when will the Shugdenpas realize that the Dalai Lama "IS" the CTA.

They all point their fingers at the evil CTA and fail to realize that the CTA's puppet master is the Dalai Lama.

The true evil is the 14th Dalai Lama and the CTA are his DOGS.

Matibhadra I have tried for years to convince my fellow Shugdenpas that the Dalai Lama is the true evil.

They don't want to hear this because "OTHERS" have convinced them that the CTA is the true evil and the Dalai Lama is good.

They have not been taught the Dalai Lama's "Lineage" all the way back to the 5th Dalai Lama is full of blood, violence and murder.

The Great 5th Dalai Lama came to power thru violence and murder. The 5th with the help of Gushri Khan and his Mongolian army overthrew the Sakya who were running Tibet at that time.

The 5th and Gushri Khan destroyed Sakya Monasteries, Nunneries and temples. Murdered monks and nuns and lay followers. Sakya Trinzen was overthrown by the "Buddha of Compassion".

The Dalai Lama has remained in power all these lifetimes by force and murder.

One day the followers of Dorje Shugden hopefully will awaken to the evil demon called the Dala Lama.
