Wow! I gotta thank the person that pushed this post up, or I would not have read this precious meditation on Dorje Shugden! Thank you TK for posting this years ago and it is still beneficial to people until this day. Thank you!

Thank you for this healing meditation and the visualisation.

Without the correct motivation and merely reciting the mantra does not activate the power.

This is very important to remember as it is very easy to fall back into bad habits. The motivation is the key!
