Clearly whatever has been put forth by CTA and His holiness that there is no ban, and that people still have the "freedom" to practise is false. If they had the freedom to practise, they would not be subjected to such discrimination. If they had the freedom to practise, then they would not be asked to resigned or deported from the country because of their religious practises. So what lies are the CTA and His Holiness poisoning the minds of people with when they said that there is no ban on the practise of Dorje Shugden. There are too many evidences to prove otherwise.

It's frustrating that despite all these evidences that are proven, which totally and logically refutes all the claims and statements made by CTA and/or His Holiness Dalai Lama, they can still continue to lie and remain in denial. When will this stop? The ban has to come down!

So many discrimination, threats, bodily harm being carried out against peaceful Tibetans who wanted nothing from their exiled government except to be left in peace to continue with their preferred spiritual practices. Now similar treatments are being imposed on innocent children. And the Dalai Lama seems to be okay with it. Needless to say the big bully is the CTA.

The CTA had repeatedly denied any written forms of evidence in the discrimination of Dorje Shugden ban and DS practitioners. The clear evidence were shown here of the issuance of the Letter of Notice to doctors and outside the clinic/hospital to DS practitioners. How they can blatantly deny. this fact beats me.

How can the CTA literally deports the young Tibetans children back from India to return to China when they endured suffering just to get to the Tibetan settlement? Are they heartless and is the Dalai Lama's office heartless too?

Ban or no ban, this action by CTA is cruel, madness and a disgrace to humanity. It seems to me Tibetans may be better off without any administrative government at all. I'm sure they will be shown more mercy seeking asylum from any foreign government than seeking help from their own so called government. CTA is corrupted to the core and I'm not just referring to monetary corruption.

Thank you DorjeShugden.com for bringing these atrocities to the attention of the public because one way or another someone has to stop CTA. Tibetans should not allow their governing administration to commit such crime against their own people.

This is very sad. Children should not be put on the line like that. The fact that they are refugees make it even more poignant.

CTA, please don't repeat South Africa's mistake and please don't follow Hitler's example of genocide. Please remember that you will be killing your own gene pool. You don't need to be spiritual to think along those lines.

It is really sad to see how these innocent kids are treated by the CTA. Who knows what sort of terrible fate will await them once they are kicked out of the country.
The innocent children travelled to India searching for a better place to live in only to be told to leave because they practiced the Dharma protector Dorje Shugden.
The Dalai Lama and the CTA both claim that there is no ban, but yet this happens.  So how will the Dalai Lama and the CTA explain this issue? Is there a ban or no ban?

I really hope that the CTA and the Dalai Lama can stop telling white lies and bring down the ban immediately before any further conflict erupts.

Still, until today the ban on Dorje Shugden practitioners is a heavy burden on all the Tibetans. So many people are treated very unfairly and even children have to face severe repercussions.

What kind of government does not protect all their children? It is such a shame for the CTA to discriminate and punish innocent children because of their religion. It is obvious that even after so many years no harm has been done to the Dalai Lama or anyone else by Dorje Shugden.

So when do they stop to disunite the Tibetans and stop their non-democratic actions?!

It is time to give the Tibetans a future and find peace with China. There is no doubt that after 60 years, there is not even a slight hope to gain back Tibet!

CTA, when do you start to help your people and end the discrimination?!?

What I found interesting is the CTA is busy promoting China's human right abuses, they themselves are abusing the basic human rights of Dorje Shugden practitioners.

No ban? CTA treats all Tibetan fairly and equally???!!! With these evidence that showing what are happening and how the Dorje Shugden practitioners are treated, one can surely do their own judgement call if there is any ban and if there is any human rights abuse to the Dorje Shugden practitioners.

There are so many cases of the Human Rights Abuses but CTA just denied it. Liars!! We should let more people know about these and create more awareness to people around what is happening actually. Please be fair. Lift the ban!

Merely lifting the ban is not fair enough. If fairness is what one expects from the evil dalie and the CTA scum, they need no less than to disband and to put themselves in prison until they cease to be a danger to humanity. In other words, to throw themselves where they belong, the garbage bin of history.

The ironic thing is although the CTA is abusing the human rights of the Tibetans in exile, the CTA always portray itself as the victim of human rights abuse to collect sympathy in the mind of wealthy and developed countries, so the CTA can continue to milk more money to them. The ironic thing is money will give them the resources necessary to continue their human rights abuse. The only way to control the CTA is by cutting off their source of fund.

Well, seeing when this was first posted, CTA has not changed. They are still blocking anyone who practices Dorje Shugden from joining the Tibetan community in India unless they swear to give up the practice. Talk about strong arm tactics. This is never going to end so long as the Dalai Lama is alive and the CTA can use his name to do all kinds of unthinkable acts. When will they peel themselves off the floor and start being human and Buddhists at that?

CTA is beginning to show the bad side of then to the world. By stopping the Dorje Shugden worshipper kids from entering to Dharamsala to study is already enough to show that they are violating human rights act. The kids are innocent but they are affected by the ban. It is sad to see what will happen to the kids. May Dorje Shugden bless them _/\_

Well, this is what Lukar Jam got for trying to run for Prime Minister and for writing a poem that they claim is wishing Dalai Lama's death. So this is what you get for having an opinion.

The result of the Tibetan leadership’s sustained campaign to harass Lukar Jam culminated in a violent attack on his car in March 2017.

So if the Tibetan Leadership wants to talk about human rights, they should really start talking about their own abuse to their own people first. I think more and more Tibetan Youths and educated Tibetans from TCV are going to not stand for... Tibetans are no longer just the farmers and common labourers we see in Tibet, the new generation are smart, educated and outspoken just like this smart dude here... http://www.dorjeshugden.com/all-articles/features/cuts-questions-tibetan-prime-minister/
