Penor Rinpoche's actions and example should be followed by all and it should exactly be how a Dharma practitioner should act, instead of selling fear against Dorje Shugden and 'protective amulets against Dorje Shudgen', they should not discriminate against people based on the deity that they are practicing and treat them as fellow human beings that also needs care. I revere Penor Rinpoche as it shows that he has achieved his Dharma practice.
