Why should the Dalai Lama depend on a worldly spirit to get an answer or for political advice. He is a Buddha. And Buddhas are supposed to have wisdom. Dalai Lama ask Nechung what is the method. And there was no answer from Nechung. Dalai Lama uses the middle way which was not accepted by the younger Tibetan generation. This new generation do not want to stay in a China ruled Tibet. There was a little girl who was called Shambebi and known to be a goddess is also a sort of Oracle who predicts for Dalai Lama.
