H.H. Kyabje Zong Rinpoche was indeed a great teacher. I've read his book entitled "Chod in the Ganden Tradition" and was very impressed by his teaching and advice to practitioners. H.H. was instrumental in reviving the practice of Chod in the Ganden tradition in Tibet when he became abbot of Ganden Monastery and later propagated the practice among the Tibetan exile community in India. This way the practice of chod became strong again in Gelugpa monasteries.
