Geshe Kelsang Gyatso whose Spiritual father is Trijang Rinoche became a monk at the age of 8 years old. During the 1959 exodus in Tibet he escaped to India through Nepal and stayed in the Monastery in Buxar. He left Buxar for Massoorie, India. In 1977 encouraged by his teacher Trijang Rinpoche and under the advice of the Dalai Lama he was requested to be resident teacher to Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre in England until today. He teaches the westerners in a very simple way which they can understand easily. In 1987 he went for a 3 year Retreat in Scotland. And he had spent forty years in Retreat and learning. He has 1100 centres all over the world. And also an author of a lot of Dharma books. One of them is Meaningful to behold. Ven.
