Using the ban as a political tool to cover their failures and depriving the people of help needed is really "stupid". I am glad that your mom is gaining the courage to take charge of her life and for you too. Dorje Shugden always works his miracles when we are sincere in our prayers to him. But, I rejoice that she eventually found a way out with your indirect help of propitiating Dorje Shugden. Dorje Shugden granted you your wish for a better life for your mother when you connected to him via your practice. You cleared your negative karma for such happenings and created merits to benefit from it and to benefit others, in this case, your mother. When your mother is self-sufficient and happy, then only can you concentrate in other areas of your life for example your studies and your practice. That is how skillful and compassionate Dorje Shugden is. Thank you for your sharing. May it help more people to understand that the practice of Dorje Shugden is very beneficial and not harmful.
