My family was rather privileged and we even had a maid and a driver. When my dad passed away, our life crashed as everything “good” was taken away from us.

I remember my mum invited a Dorje Shugden statue back home then and diligently prayed to him everyday. When I look back now, I realize that everything that could have gone wrong within my family was saved and averted.

In spite of the financial difficulties we faced after my dad’s passing, my mother managed to still support the family and put all three of us children through our higher education at prestigious universities.

My brother, at the very last minute, even managed to obtain a good scholarship, which meant that I was then able to go abroad to study at a good university too.

Earlier last year, my brother almost lost his job when his company, a very well-known, multi-national IT group, was declared bankrupt and had to sell their company division by division. He had huge financial personal loans and we were worried – it would be difficult for him to find another job at his age and with his skill set, which is very specialized and niche.

However, he did his prayers diligently every day to Dorje Shugden; my mother also had very strong faith in the Protector and prayed consistently to him to seek his blessings and assistance. Recently, he received a call from his head office in Europe with good news. In spite of all the recent problems, they had decided to promote him because of his loyalty and his valuable expertise in his field of work.

It’s quite strange for me to look back and see that whatever decisions my family took, things would always turn out fine. And we know we owe it all to Dorje Shugden as he has been guiding and protecting us throughout the years, right up to this very moment.

He told me to have faith and trust, and to recite 100,000 Protector mantras; Dorje Shugden would help me all the way and he would also pray for me. That was the biggest relief to me at the time because my ex-husband was a very violent, difficult person who often threatened me and my children. My faith was very strong in the Protector and eventually, I chose to file for divorce.

A few months later, through my Lama’s blessings, I invited Gyenze home. My Lama had said that Gyenze would help me. I never failed to pray and offer serkyem to him every day. I prayed for my divorce to go through smoothly and peacefully. I didn’t want any violence or arguments to hurt either one of us further. Within a few months, my ex-husband called and offered to sign the divorce papers. Everything went through as I had prayed for.

I had to start my life over again. I had to set up a new office for my business and move into another apartment with my children; my mother also moved in to stay with me so I could take care of her better. She was experiencing some health problems then and we were constantly going in and out of clinics. Shortly after, my teenage son also began giving me problems.

It was a very frustrating time but at the same time, I was also grateful that I was able to go through it because I have now truly learned to appreciate the good things that I have in my life. The Protector gave me a base to fall down upon so that I could pick myself up, rebuild and grow even further. I know he has watched over me throughout this time. I am ashamed that I have disappointed him many, many times with my laziness, stubbornness and pride. I still slip but I will continue to improve.

Things are much better now. Both my children are becoming more involved in the Dharma centre and are participating regularly in the activities. I am in a very loving relationship with a new partner and have set up my own home with my children. The things I have wished for are being granted one after another. Please have faith, trust and let Dorje Shugden take charge because he knows what’s best for us and will never want anything from us.

The next year, we were called again by this assistant who told us that our Lama wished to meet up with both of us and another close friend of ours. The three of us met our Lama that evening and he surprised us by giving us a Dorje Shugden’s statue. It also happened to be my husband’s birthday that day. That was the first time we saw Lord Dorje Shugden’s image.

Our Lama told us, “Keep him close to you, and he will be with you and your family. You will be alright financially and spiritually.” I felt immediately that I liked him very much and that he was very handsome!

Two years later, in 2005 I lost my lovely mother. My mother was introduced to Lord Dorje Shugden by my husband and I, and had seen the changes in both of us. She had very strong faith and would talk and pray to Dorje Shugden everyday without fail, right after brushing her teeth. She also had a lot of faith in our Lama. When she passed away, it was without pain and very peacefully. My Lama told me then that Dorje Shugden had taken my mother for a good rebirth as a human, in a very pleasant place and in a healthy body, where she will continue to practice the Dharma. I was very pleased to hear that.

My wish is to spread Lord Dorje Shugden’s doctrine to the world. May everyone come to know and do his practice. He will save you.

The great thing about secular law is that it is written by men so it can always be rewritten or amended. The secular law, unlike karma, is flexible according to the will of the heart. In my case, I have been the beneficiary of two very kind hearts, in the judge and my protector.

In the year 2001, I was having a battling court case in France with my husband on the custody charge of our two children. My chances of winning the case was very slim, as being an Asian and a housewife, I had no financial means and support to proof to the French Court that I was able to support my two children in the event that I was granted as the custodian. Also, there was no Hague Convention Treaty between the country I am living in and France, so any judgement passed in my favour, the judge would really have to consider all pros and cons. In other words, chances are very slim.

I was given this protector practice from my Guru, and I began to develop a strong faith in Dorje Shugden as I did my daily prayers and mantra. When the court case was fixed for hearing, I had to fly to France and stayed there for almost 6 months. I did “Black Tea” offering and protector mantra to ask Dorje Shugden to help clear my obstacles to win this case. I was far away from my home country and my family, yet every day, I would talk to Dorje Shugden as if he was my friend, my only friend then. Somehow I had the feeling Dorje Shugden would help me and brought my children back to me, to my home country where I used to live.

On the day when the judgement was announced, the French judge told me that because there was no Hague Convention Treaty between my home country and France, in most cases, he would have put the children custody to my husband as he was a French national living in France with financial support. However the judge said he had observed that I was a lady of integrity; I had not and did not attempt to take the children out of France during my visiting periods when I was staying there. He granted me full custody of my children. It was like a miracle to me, I was so relieved and instantly in my heart, I thank Dorje Shugden, for without his blessings, I would not have got my children back with me.

My experience with Dorje Shugden is crystal clear, have faith with him and be a sincere practitioner, with great compassion, he will come to our rescue. I hope that your works in promoting my Protector continue to be successful. May his name spread far and wide so that those who find they are without hope, will be relieved of their suffering and find a way out.
