these do not appear to me so much as ‘reasons,’ but rather justifications.
for a fuller understanding of this controversy, i suggest reading the book ‘Dolgyal Shugden: A History’ and it is available from amazon and other book dealers.

This site says……..’Some people say that Dorje Shugden has harmed practitioners who have strayed from the Ganden tradition, but there are no examples of this forthcoming, whereas there are many examples of how Dorje Shugden has protected living beings. For example, Dorje Shugden was responsible for the Dalai Lama being able to safely travel from Tibet to India in 1959′.

If this is so, then why did Dorje Shugden protect a ‘false’ Dalai Lama, who was to eventually deny the practice and, so it claimed, cause so much harm to Dorje Shugden practitioners?

If we study closely his incarnation lineage of enlightened masters that go back all the way to the Mahasiddha, Biwurpa, it is beyond the shadow of a doubt that Dorje Shugden is one with Manjushri Tsongkhapa, and arose as a protector specifically to protect Je Tsongkhapa’s teachings, especially Je Tsongkhapa’s unexcelled propounding of Nargajuna’s Middle View of Emptiness. Hence, he cannot be other than an Enlightened being , a Buddha, who arose to fulfill the needs, of this degenerate age, for a Wisdom Protector.

This is an informative article. I like how all the facts are written in simple forms and the explanations are logical and easy to understand. There is really without a doubt that Dorje Shugden is a Buddha based on all the facts presented here. But most of all, it is a protector practice taught by my precious teacher whose lineage goes all the way back to Buddha Shakyamuni.

Thank you Dorjeshugden.com for sharing the points in this structural manners. All the points are very logical and they have clearly showed that Dorje Shugden is a Buddha.
For me, if all the high lamas such as HH Pabongka Rinpoche & HH Trijang Rinpoche, who themselves have been recognized as enlightened, it is definitely a Buddha and safe for us to follow the practice of Dorje Shugden.

This is such a wonderful logical post on Dorje Shugden in reference to his qualities and backed up by reasoning.

Buddhism is not made from blind faith but rather pure reasoning and deep analysis. Through such sharp scrutiny of the teachings only will one become better on their spiritual path.

Dorje Shugden is confirmed a Buddha. There is no doubt about it.

Dorje Shugden has arisen as the principal Protector of Je Tsongkhapa’s doctrine for over 300 years and since then the Fifth Dalai Lama till the current 14th Dalai Lama (before the ban was imposed) have recognized Dorje Shugden as enlightened. Throughout this long period of time, there were many highest Lamas who have relied on Dorje Shugden. All these Lamas could not be wrong!

Dorje Shugden is a Buddha, as he is indestructible, even by the high Lamas including the Fifth Dalai Lama. It is only Buddha, a fully enlightened being is indestructible.

Dorje Shugden is the manifestation of the five Buddha families as explained. Only Buddha, an enlightened being has this capability.

I read with interest this very interesting article. Wow. Really blows my mind and I am shaking with excitement and happiness. Whatever doubt I have on the protector is now gone.

The points/reasons presented here is so sound and is without doubt. I am now convinced that the Protector Dorje Shugden is a Buddha. 100%.

All Buddhas have pervasive, omniscient minds and are enlightened. They can appear in any form they choose to assist practitioners on the path to enlightenment because they already mastered reality and nature of all phenomena.

Enlightened beings can appear as Spiritual Guides, dharma protectors, ordinary beings and even as inanimate objects. Dorje Shugden, a dharma protector is an emanation and manifestion of the Wisdom Buddha Manjushri, a Bodhisattva. Their main function is to avert inner and outer obstacles that prevent practitioners from achieving spiritual realizations and to arrange all the necessary conditions for their practice.

Their wrathful aspect help us to rid of our inner delusions and negative minds, like anger, greed and ignorance. So far, there is no harm that will befall on those who do dorje shugden practice with faith and trust.
