In 1983, Khyabje Zimey Rinpoche gave extensive teachings on LamRim, Heruka Body Mandala and Vajrayogini practice in a small retreat centre north of Dehradun, north India. I was fortunate enough to be in attendance and have English transcripts of most of his teachings from his translator at that time, Thubten Jinpa.

However, in one teaching that was either not recorded or transcribed, he mentioned that Kyabje Dagpo Dorje Chang received a prophecy from a statue of Heruka saying that his student (Phabongkhapa) would cause the practice of Heruka and Vajrayogini to spread widely, … that his disciple would cause the practice to spread throughout the whole of Tibet and that his disciple would cause the practice to spread throughout the entire world.

My question is – do you know of this prophecy or if there are any texts that would have documented the visions and prophecies revealed to Dagpo Dorje Chang?
