I have tried to donate but since you only have paypal which is a criminal organisation and obviously you seem to be blacklisted, the paypal service cannot be used. You must try to use other methods of payment including providing a bank account so that we can wire you the money. Please do NOT use paypal because they dictate who should or should not use their payment platform
