In honor of Shar Gaden's recent publication of a collection of kangwa, shakpa, serkyem,and torbul offerings/prayers to various protectors, I thought that I would start a topic dedicated to these practices.

Kangwa-fulfilling and restoring prayer
Shakpa-confession prayer
Serkyem-golden beverage offering
Torbul -torma offering
 
Do any of the forum members here engage in any of these practices?

Hi Tenpa-la, I do these practices with Dorje Shugden. What protectors are included in the publication?

Our team at the forum does these and the full kangsol with tsok by Trijang Rinpoche every month. We have been doing this for the last 8 years monthly without a break.

I do the full kangsol/tsok or if I am busy have it done for the last 20 years monthly without a break.

Daily the minute I wake up I do serkym and kangshag and start the day with Dorje Shugden.

I also offer daily serkym to four faced Mahakala, Pelden Hlamo, and the Gelug Protectors such as 3 forms of Kalarupa, Vaishravana, 6 armed Mahakala, Four armed Mahakala, Gongkar, Chamsing, etc. As they will bless my lam rim and lojong practice.
