"Tibet´s Prime Minister in exile, Lobsang Sangay, visited the Civita think tank in Oslo recently, and ICAL´s Jan-Aage Torp asked him a question about the freedom of religion in a future independent Tibet."

He thinks religion freedom is for other religions but not within Buddhism.
