The office of the Dalai Lama has today announced the astonishing news that the Nechung Oracle has recently been possessed by the spirit Dorje Shugden. This has been authenticated through trance.
As a consequence of this news the Dalai Lama has rejected the most recent advice from Nechung, and has cancelled his planned skiing trip to Tobago.

This is probably not a joke!
Dorje Shugden has done this before. As it is written in the kangso (Melodious Drum, trsl. Molk):
DRAG SHUL WANGPÖ ZÖL GYI KU TEN DEY
Pretending to De drag Shul Wangpo, you tormented the oracle
DRIN PAR DORJE MIG PE NAR WA DANG
By swallowing a vajra in his throat,
DE YI TEN KAR YANG YANG KE PA SOG
And repeatedly split his temple abode, and so on;
HLA CHEN NAM KYANG TRAG PAR TZE LA TÖ
Praise to the terrifier of even the great gods!
By this action he shows his power over the god usually taking trance of this oracle.

I doubt that on previous occasions the Dalai Lama would have had to cancel his skiing trip to Tobago though. ;)

Yes, it was obtained from the Abbot of the Apr il'Phul monastic community deep in the tropical rainforests near Lhasa. Apparently the event began at midnight GMT last night, and has been accepted as valid by several Buddhist forum members across the globe. ;)
