Having said that, in my mind, he IS the right candidate for the search party in 1938 or 1939 based on what he has done thus far. As for charging for books that he wrote and his teachings - why not? Sangha members need to maintain their live, publications requires huge amount of funds, organizing mass teachings or prayer ceremony involve money! If not selling the books and charging for entrance to teachings, how else could HHDL and his office survive?
