And since most people in McLeod knows that Shugden's practitioners are enemies of the Dalai Lama.To avoid any problem of confrontation and later turning into bigger problem like demonstration or riot. The people may decide not to hold the Convention. The Police have a strong feeling that there will defintely be a disturbance among the Tibetan Communities and the Tibetan in Exile with the Dorje Shugden practitioners. So the police have place very strong alert among themselves should the convention takes place, to avoid innocent people having to suffer because of the confrontation and also to keep peace and harmony in the country.
