But his soul is not dead. Dalai Lama say he is a spirit and conducted Rituals to subdue him. It was announced that Dorje Shugden had died and burnt with Rituals. But if Dorje Shugden had died then Dalai Lama would not have warned the Tibetan people not to practice him. I think Dalai Lama still believes Dorje Shugden is an enlightened being and a Buddha. And know that Dorje Shugden is not evil but also helpful. Spirits can only be subdued but not Buddhas. So that makes Dorje Shugden a Buddha as he was not able to be subdued by Rituals.
