HOLDING BANNERS AND YELLING THAT HIS HOLINESS DALAI LAMA IS A LIAR. To you that condone this kind of behaviour, forgive me, but such behaviour is not CORRECT. It is ugly and abusive. Very bad for those of us who try to practise the dharma purely. I am sorry you feel so strongly and are clearly upset. We all love you as our dharma brothers and sisters, but if the Root Guru says not to do this practise... there is just cause, so no justification can make this disobedience right. Causes and conditions. Conditions change and so we who are not omniscient must respect the advice of the Guru Buddha. Blessings to you all. At the very least do not malign and abuse His Holiness because you disagree with his advice. Be respectful. Show true dharma characteristics. If you are going to practise, well, no one can stop you : go ahead, but to fight with bad words. You lose credibility. Even amongst your new students, in time they will see how hypercritical this behaviour is. Very sorry. Just makes me feel so so sad since you the teachers are so gifted, so fortunate, and yet drama, drama drama of a very shocking nature.
