Thurman suggests that the Tibetan plateau could be designated as a ‘Zone of Peace’, a giant environmental preserve." The above is good for both China and Tibet for a plot of environmentally preserve giant that requires very minimum reliant over Chinese government. It also signals to the world community that Chinese government is rationale, considerate, caring and intellectually wisdom. The DL should apologize for the ban of Dorje Shugden sect for a probable autonomous Tibet to realize the dream on peace of Tibet, China and the world. Unless all followers of DL attained Buddhahood, there should be no rational basis to prevent Dorje Shugden sect from pursuing the same goal of Buddhahood as that of DL and its followers. DL might have some good compassionate intent for doing so, but the long term impact is quite unfavourable.
