In this current times, we are conditioned and advised by other ignorant minds that getting an education and striving for the best paying jobs and networking with the rich and famous, are the best methods to "success" ! Without the right frame of mind this type of success will not come with peace and happiness. The correct way of living is taught in the precious Dharma. Hence for the Dharma to be maintained and shared generation after generation, the Vinaya have to upheld and this is where those ordained work hard to study and practice the Dharma, Take examinations, conduct debates etc. They are creating the causes for the Dharma to stay and grow to all directions. They maintain the legacy of Enlightment. This legacy provides the solutions and methods for attaining peace, happiness and total control of one's life !
In my opinion monks and nuns have the most honorable career of all ! Their sole purposes in life is to be of benefit to others !

With this exam being held at Sha Gaden Monastery, it shows that although they practice Dorje Shugden practices, it allows them to grow spiritually. Hence, Dorje Shugden is not an evil spirit. Instead, he is an enlightened Dharma protector.

It is also great to see that there are different examinations installed for the monks that are still studying. It shows the world that being a member of the Sangha is not as simple as it seems to be. It involves studying of texts that would be with the Dharmic knowledge. For the description of the examinations, I guess the monks would really have to study very hard in other to pass that examination.

wow. this is explicitly wonderful and not to mention knowing that there are so many intelligent monks who are bound to pass their exams with flying colors. May these exams and studies help these young monks to reach to their destination of growth in mind of dharma and may more dharma be spread amongst us even wider, may the continuation of the Tsongkhapa's teachings forever grow and never stop.
