Sangay's actions are going against Dalai Lama. Instead of befriended the Chinese, Sangay would rather irritate the Chinese to the maximum. We can easily see Sangay is trying his best not to help Dalai Lama and fellow Tibetans back to Tibet. It's all about personal interest and they know that once they return to Tibet under the Chinese, Sangay and his colony will have no opportunity to get more money for themselves. As long as CTA still run by corrupted leaders like Sangay there will be less hope for Dalai Lama to return. Sangay’s actions are going against Dalai Lama. Without the Dalai Lama, Chinese government still managed to recognise their own Panchen Lama. The 14th Dalai Lama said this Chinese Panchen Lama is a legitimate one. Therefore, the Chinese government actually does not need the the 14th Dalai Lama to be back to China in order to recognise the 15th Dalai Lama. The Tibetans have to do a lot of work to gain the trust from the Chinese government if they really want to go back to China. The CTA has done so many things that go against the Chinese government and they have been very vocal in criticising the Chinese government. To change the perception of the Chinese government on CTA will take a long time. CTA doesn't unite Tibetan but creates discrimination and separation among Tibetans to weaken the morale of the Tibetan. All these are the negative action that pulling the Dalai Lama's leg. No matter how desperate Dalai Lama can be, if CTA continues to sabotage, then nothing can help.
