Dalai Lama Destroying the Gelugpa, Kagyu and Nyingma Traditions

The Dalai Lama messes up with the different traditions of Tibetan Buddhism and is destroying them.  Why does he need to put his finger in every pie?  Where is religious harmony and tolerance that he advocates in the world stage?

Om mani padme hung, I know what you are saying.  May all living beings have the ability to follow the lama of their choice when they have the good fortune to meet the Buddhist path.
