Yes ISC is catching up on the main person who supports the existence of CTA, the Dalai Lama in Norway.
The real force behind the CTA is the Dalai Lama, without the Dalai Lama CTA has no power or influence. They will not be able to enforce the Dorje Shugden ban.

In all his speeches the Dalai Lama talks about religious freedom, harmony, and democracy, and non-violent dialogue as a way to solve problems. Yet in his own community, ie the Gelugpa, he has created an apartheid, denying people basic human necessities because of their religious practice.  He has almost destroyed the Gelugpa lineage. Even if Dorje Shugden was a spirit, practitioners should still have freedom to do so without fear of ostracism and threats. Why doesn't he go after the Bon worshippers? Isn't that outright spirit practice without debate?

The main issue that ISC is protesting against is the ban imposed by the Dalai Lama, not against the Dalai Lama.

It seems like many governments around the world shun meeting with His Holiness Dalai Lama due to political pressures from China. The political ties between Norway and  China was strained after jailed Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2010. Norwegian government's refusal to meet HHDL could be due to their intention to reestablish and improve the ties with China. It serves Norway better not to offend China who is currently an economic superpower!

ISC should be commended for continuing the peaceful protests against HHDL here at Norway. We need to maintain the momentum, publicity and awareness of the plight of Dorje Shugden followers.
