Beyond doubt, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso is one the greatest teacher of this age. Lets not talk politics as the Buddhas are beyond that. All politics are a reflection of the disciples or humans at large.

He has written most extensively and I owe most of my basic knowledge of Buddhism to him and the Dalai Lama who has written equally extensively. While the Dalai Lama has written not only to appeal to practitioners but also lay people, Geshe has mostly written on Buddhism academically and practice. For core know, Geshe's work are without comparison especially in English.

His NKT centers are very successful in preserving Lama Tsongkhapa's lineage and especially DS practice. NKT is one assurance of the survival of our Yidam and protector practice.

I rejoice.

Rejoice in the work of Lama Geshe that has grown so far with over 1,100 Buddhist centers (and growing) across both the Eastern and Western through the New Kadampa Tradition (NKT).

Lama Geshe has maintains the perfect lineage and follows strictly to the teaching of his Guru, Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche – Tsongkhapa, Vajrayogini and Dorje Shugden. Most importantly, the teaching of Dorje Shugden is also being practiced despite the ban. With his work, Lord Shugden also are introduced to more people.

May Lama Geshe remains long and turn the wheel of Dharma. May him and his work flourish and spread far and wide and benefiting more people and beings.

It's really hard to deny the contributions towards the Dorje Shugden cause that Geshe Keslang Gyatso has put into. He has sacrificed many things in order to be able to bring Dharma to people in the west and also to fight for the Dorje Shugden cause, he has suffered much criticism after being defamed for standing up for Dorje Shugden. People have also attacked NKT for that reason alone, but they never caved in. A big thank you to Geshe Keslang Gyatso to which many Shugdenpas owe their freedom to.
