High Court notice to Dalai on sect's complaint
A little known sect of Tibetan Buddhism has approached
Delhi high court complaining of persecution suffered at the
hands of the Tibetan leader. Justice Gita Mittal on Tuesday
issued notice to Dalai Lama and other respondents on a
writ petition by one "Dorje Shugden Devotees Charitable
and Religious Society"- registered in Delhi - which alleged
that Dalai Lama had ostracized the followers of this
particular sect, not only in religious matters but also
socially. TNN

This is an old topic. I wonder what happen to the Dorje Shugden's society now. Are they still active or the society no longer there.
From the mail, it is so sad to see that the Tibetans refugees instead seeking safety in their own society, they have no choice but to seek refuge under the India government. The stress that they face is tremendous, from bar not going to school, seeking medical help and to buy things in grocery. It is already great offend to Human Rights. And yet, the CTA shout so highly in Human Rights to China. An insult.

Now that the Indian Government has granted full Indian Citizenship to those Tibetans who which to receive it what can they now do?
As "Indian Citizens" they can launch formally requests for the Dalai Lama and CTA to be investigated by the Indian Gov't for "Human Rights Violations".
What they could not do as "Refugees" they may now be apply to do as "Indian Citizens"
