New video uploaded to TibetanPublicTalk youtube channel. Looks like it's a talk about the latest issue in Dharamsala when Dalai Lama introduced the new text on Dorje Shugden.

Does anyone understand Tibetan and can help give a brief explanation on what they're discussing about? Would really appreciate it.
