This graphic novel was produced with the motivation of bringing Dorje Shugden all over the world. So that the blessings of his life story may pervade and touch lives everywhere. We at this website are committed to this goal.

We have more projects in the pipeline as Dorje Shugden's presence in the lives of those practicing and struggling need blessings and assistance. We will continuously bring Shugden to others.

Congratulations to the many people who made this happen. Its on par with some of the Graphic Novels produced by DC or Marvel and in my life i have seen many of those too.

I like the storytelling, not only children but adults too can enjoy this story and while relaxing they can read this graphic novel in the comforts of their home. Its bloody amazing! I like very much the facial expressions so life like and animated.

I like the graphics, the story telling manner of introducing dharma protector to the young boy and the color scheme . This is a comic book of high quality which young and old will enjoy.

Yes the practise we cherish so much is subject to a ban and all, and instead of criticising the parties that banned it the site does it by creating more results and connecting more people to Dorje Shugden. Its quite rare these days for people to react in this manner. Happy for all the people behind the comic great work folks.

The graphic novel is sure to be a hit! The graphic is BEAUTIFUL!!! It is easy to read, understand and a great gift. Not only that, it will appeal to different ages even manga lovers!

It's colorful full pages, it actually makes my mind understand more about DS's stories. Everybody should just read and share their thought to others for Dorjeshugden, and we should all re-print it and give away to someone we care, simply because it will benefit us in many ways.

Is the promotion using CPC ? as opposed to CPM?

The comic has a very attractive cover, IMHO I would go for CPC to give maximum exposure for the Buddha Image. And imprint people's minds with Dorje Shugden's iconography.

First time, I read the comic really attract my attention. The writer is very skillful, he matched our daily life and at the same time he also introduces the main Buddha in the story.

If you are not a Buddhist, is doesn’t matter because the comic book. But they will feel both of us awful about it. The comic is very suit for young crowd.

Especially good for reaching out to young people so this is a great way of sharing.

LOL Dorje Shugden now has a video, a comic book he's on Facebook and Twitter and various social medias... he is certainly far more progressive than the people who are oppressing him!

It would be wonderful if this comic can also be translated into other languages. It's a universal story and the language is simple enough to be translated i think. Anyone have any ideas? Something that perhaps the website admin can consider!

My guess is admin made this comic book to spread DS so do them a favour and spread DS all around, and sending it out to as many people as possible. Plenty of places really... local libraries as a donation, world relgions classes at unis, kindergartens, comic book stores, thrift or secondahnd bookstores.

All it takes is a nice short note explaining why youre making the donation, and the comic book burnt onto a CD... def worth one less pint down at your local! (and if your really skint then print the link onto a bit of card, and drop that all around your high street!)

I love the storyline, it's easy to understand and very informative, especially for beginners, they get to get a clearer picture of who is dorje shugden and what's the function of this dharma protector. Other than that, the color scheme, the facial expressions and the layout of the artwork are very inviting. Great job! It's indeed a creative way to spread dorje shugden, especially those comic lovers, the youngsters. My brother will definitely love this!

I have read the comic book online and am gonna print out some to share among my friends. I think children, adults, in fact anyone else would love to read this comic book.

Thank you for creating this comic book for us lazy people to read and at the same time gain more knowledge of Dorje Shugden. I did not think of the comic book as a religious book which usually bores me but I was really excited to finish the entire book when I started to read it. It was very very interesting!!

Its always felt kind of wierd to me to charge for the Dharma unless youve got costs and things to cover. Like tickets for talks and things... you have to pay for your stadium somehow eh??

Wow! Thank you! The comic is a great idea. So easy to read and learn about Dorje Shugden. Any chance the comic book will be translated in French, German and Spanish? Many of my friends will appreciate it. Perhaps someone fluent in these languages can translate and share with all of us?

Yes we are ok with anyone downloading, publishing and have it for sale. We are happy for the growth of Shugden's history. Our purpose is to provide the information for the growth. I just saw this
Now in ENGLISH / CHINESE / THAI / NEPALI for the graphic novel, Dorje Shugden is going places all over the world. Bringing feelings of uncertainty amongst the CTA and government cohorts. Such actions will make CTA more and more uneasy. Hope we get the novel in German, Russian, Korean and Japanese soon hehe :) I seem to be drawn to such countries somewhat and would like to see ds take root and spread amongst the people there.

Great stuff isn't it? I'm very impressed myself. I especially like that it doesn't disparage any side and presents the story in a very positive way, without any negative implications towards the Dalai Lama or any other Lama. This is education in the best way, i believe. We share the truth, positivity and the benefits of the practice to the world. This lifts the ban without causing any further negativity or conflict.

The controversial figure of Dorje Shugden has his own graphic novel depicting his origins and trying to establish his legitimacy. I’m not expressing an opinion on him one way or the other (like a pregnant mother I’m just not qualified), just thought it was an interesting text, explains some of the basics of the history of Tibetan Buddhism and where Dorje Shugden fits in, though they leave out the current Dalai Lama denouncing him.

This comic is simple but yet the information is so complete and easy to understand.

We can understand the origin of Dorje Shugden, which is an emanation of Manjushri to protect the teaching of Lama Tsongkhapa. And from here we also know that Dorje Shugden is a dharma protector that help dharma practitioner to be succeed.

Besides, many lineage Lama such as Pabongka Rinpoche and Trijang Rinpoche also practicing Dorje Shugden, and they are Great Lama in this aeon that benefits many.

I hope that this comic will reach to many and benefits all sentient beings.

I never liked reading graphic novel as I'd always find them too complicated to read, but this novel is definitely an exception! It's genuine, straightforward and interesting. I mean, just look at the book cover, how beautiful is that? A massive thank you to the team who had made this happen, this novel is going to bring the practise of this beautiful Protector to thousands and thousands of lives and inspire the people all over the world. This method of approach is not only fresh and creative but will also appeal to the younger generation of students who are normally turned away from the super thick Dharma books when it comes to reading.

Though I myself am not a big fan of graphic novels because of the fact that it all revolves around superheroes of which I find boring and baseless, I have to make an exception for this comic as this comic is not only fun to read, easy to understand, bursting with knowledge but also at the fact that reading this comic is like reading a adventure novel but instead of reading text you're reading pictures.

I really love the fact that the whole storyboard is very realistic like how a boy gets lost and then goes home with the knowledge and history of Dorje Shugden.

Much better than reading graphic novels on superheroes jumping off roofs :o
