Dalai Lama has been practicing Dorje Shugden that has existed 400 years ago. The Dalai Lama change his mind and left the practice. Dorje Shugden practice was intially practiced by the Gelugpa school of Budhhism. But because he had stopped the practice of Dorje Shugden. All Tibetan Buddhist must also stop this practice. Dalai Lama says that continuation of this practice will bring harm to the Dalai Lama's life and disharmony to the country of Tibet. Kelsang Pema says Dorje Shugden is a Protector and a Buddha and will not bring harm to Dalai Lama or the Tibetan people. The protests started in U.S, U.K. Germany and now in Australia.
