In order to encourage more Tibetans to self-immolate so Lobsang Sangay will have new cases to present to his sponsor and get more money. If self-immolation can make a different to the free Tibet movement, why after more than 150 cases, Tibet is still not freed? As a responsible leader, Lobsang Sangay should stop people from taking their own lives.

If Lobsang Sangay wants to create awareness on Tibet issue, there are many methods, self-immolation definitely is not one of them. From a Buddhist perspective, if we commit suicide, we will take rebirth in the lower realm. Why is the Tibetan leader still allow people to do that? Why do they want to create suffering to their own people?

It serves Lobsang Sangay no benefit at all to negotiate with China for autonomous status for Tibet. If that happens who will pay his bill? He will leave this job to the next president, he will not do that. What has he achieved over the years? Nothing much.

Lobsang Sangay is enjoying his time as the president of Tibetan in exile community. He is flying first class, staying in five-star hotels, eating in posh restaurants, no pressure to perform t work. Life is just too good for him. If Tibetans are clever, they will not vote for him to serve for another term.

If they believe the Dalai Lama is the Buddha of Compassion, how will the Buddha of Compassion be happy if they take their own lives? This does not make sense. But some Tibetans are very naive to believe that especially those in Tibet. Very few Tibetans in exile will take this drastic action as they are more exposed to who the CTA really is.

There seems to be a double standard here again, why is that there is no human rights body condemning the CTA for the self-immolation guide the CTA published? Self-immolation may be the choice of the individual but the CTA is the murderer because they encourage and teach them how to do it. The CTA then uses the videos and the photos of the self-immolation to ask for more donations. The Tibetans sacrifice their lives for the wrong reason.

What I find disturbing is the human rights activists are very upset of the self-immolation act and they blame it on China. But no one condemns the CTA for glorifying and encouraging self-immolation. If the CTA does not glorify self-immolation, there will be zero case. The human rights activists are also hypocrites.

At the end of the day, no one is really righteous to fight for the Tibet cause. Everyone actually wants to sabotage China and weaken China’s power especially the west. If China takes control of the world’s economy, the west can no longer exploit Asia where most of the resources are now. But China is just too strong to fight with. Instead of fighting, the western countries should work with China, this will be a win-win situation for both.

The CTA is really evil, not only they exploit the Tibetans in exile, but they also exploit the Tibetans in Tibet. The Tibetans in Tibet are more gullible, so the CTA leverages on this and encourages them to sacrifice for the Tibet cause. But the real reason is that the CTA wants to use the self-immolation cases to earn the sympathy from the west and make more money for themselves.

Instead of using the donations to improve the standard of living of the Tibetans and give them hope, the CTA used the money to print a self-immolation guide and books with false information about Dorje Shugden. They constantly create conflicts and disharmony in the Tibetan community. They are very unkind and very damaging to people. A leadership like them should be thrown out.

The younger generation once asked the CTA about the Dorje Shugden ban before because they are doubtful of how the CTA managed this issue. This is just one of the examples. Knowing the inefficiency of the CTA and the fact that self-immolation will not be able to free Tibet, why would anyone sacrifice their lives? However, it is easier to manipulate the Tibetans in Tibet because they are not very exposed to the information outside. They still regard the Dalai Lama as the god-king. The CTA uses the Dalai Lama’s name to encourage the Tibetans in Tibet to self-immolate. The other reason is also that the CTA wants to create disharmony in China, therefore there are more self-immolation cases in Tibet.

Apart from creating disharmony in China, the CTA also uses the self-immolation cases to beg for more free money from the West. All the CTA cares about is the money, they don’t really care about the welfare of the Tibetans. They value their lives more than the lives of their people.

They think the world should take pity on them and give them what they ask for. They have been doing this for the past 60 years, they will continue to do it without shame. When the CTA can get easy money by showing the West a few photos of people suffer, why do they want to work hard for the money?

As long as the West continues to give the CTA and Lobsang Sangay money, they will continue to encourage their own people to sacrifice their lives for the Tibet cause. They glorify the action to make the Tibetans feel it is a great honour to die like this. If this action can help them get their country back, why none of the member in the CTA or Lobsang Sangay burn themselves?

The Congress said Dalai Lama being a foreigner should shun and refrain from interfering in the internal as well as external affairs of India.

disappointment over the recent statement made by Tibetan Spiritual Leader the 14th Dalai Lama in which he called Jawaharlal Nehru, the former Prime Minister of India as “self-centered” and the one responsible for parting India and Pakistan.
“Although Dalai Lama expressed regret over his controversial comment, the APCC is extremely thwarted by it. A Tibetan spiritual leader calling names to an Indian leader who sweated most to keep him and his followers safe from Chinese aggression is simply not acceptable. Today, India is home to lakhs of Tibetan refugees who are living in 37 settlements and 70 scattered communities across different states of India,” APCC vice-president Minkir Lollen said in a statement on Sunday.
“Dalai Lama may have forgotten that India provided a beam of light and hope to Tibetans remaining in Chinese-dominated Tibet and in the neighbouring Chinese provinces politically cut off from the Tibetan heart land. All these happened only because India has great leaders like Gandhi and Nehru who took the responsibility of social burden to shelter thousands of persecuted Tibetans then in 1959,” Lollen added.
Minkir said Dalai Lama should know that a spiritual leader like him is shouldering great expectation, hope and trust of millions on record and the same are watching his contribution towards the mankind.
“In such circumstances, Dalai Lama should abstain from imparting partial and controversial information to the students who are the torch bearer of the nation,” the Congress said.
Further stating that the statement of the spiritual leader could be a politically motivated one and made with an effort to approach Prime Minister Narendra Modi for survival of his continuation in the country, the Congress said Dalai Lama being a foreigner should shun and refrain from interfering in the internal as well as external affairs of India.
