Obviously you can see not much and they are still stateless and suffering. More and more country are rejected them and no more financial aid to them. If CTA are good , they should have brought many benefit to Tibetan in exile through so many billions of fund they had been collected within this 60 years. Furthermore they destroyed the unity of Tibetan by ban the practice of Dorje Shugden, the community is divided into 2 groups and the anti Dorje Shugden not allowed shugden practitioners to enter their monastery, hospital and so on..
