There's no end to get into who's right and who's wrong... best to focus on practicing sincerely and follow the instructions of our holy gurus. Time will reveal all the mysteries. Life is short, and having a Protector to help keep us on the path is crucial. Spending our very limited time seeking revenge or dwell in animosity is not something we can afford. As Westerners they will not be deprived of their IDs. Like the Tibetan monks and nuns protesting and turning it into a demonstration on the streets with other lay people. I wonder whether these monks and nuns have broken their vows by demonstrating in their robes. Instead of causing so much problem among the practitioners in the practice of Dorje Shugden. And Dorje Shugden is very popularly prayed to by the Tibetan people as a Dharma Protector. There are also many other Protectors that the Tibetan people also pray to and is not banned. Some of the other Protectors are also spirits liked Nechung. Dorje Shugden is not a spirit but a Wisdom Buddha. Then why does Dalai Lama has to singled Dorje Shugden out. There must be some restrictions and pressure over the Dalai Lama by the Tibetan Government. Why can’t the western Shugdenpas just keep quiet and keep on practicing. As a result there have been attempts to "civilise" the minds of their Asian brothers by pointing out the inhumane way in which Shugden practitioners are treated, especially in the Tibetan camps in India. This is not wrong. But it is seen from a worldly view. From the karmic viewpoint, things are not so simple. So it is best not to blame anyone if one is suffering. Suffering can be physical and mental.
