It has now spread to people in the Western and Asian countries who are not Tibetans. I understand that there is a real segregation and separation for the Tibetan people with so much inconvenience. Lay Tibetan also practice Dorje Shugden are treated like people with disease. They are not allowed contact with non practitioners. And in centres around the world the centres who practice are not allowed into non practitioners Monasteries and temples.
