The facts are clearly spell out in this article. Firstly, the 13th Dalai Lama has kept opened Trode Khangsar in Lhasa, a residence of Tulku Dragpa Gyaltsen that the 5th Dalai Lama had authorized to be turned into a special Protector temple for Dorje Shugden. Secondly, the 13th Dalai Lama has much respect to Tomo Geshe Rinpoche a great Dorje Shugden practitioner to whom he called “a manifestation of Je Tsongkhapa.” In one occasion, the 13th Dalai Lama even listened & followed the advise from Tomo Geshe Rinpoche given to him (Tomo) from Tromo Dungkar Gonpa Oracle (DS oracle) and saved Tibet from foreign aggressions. For the matter of national security, would any leader with the right frame of mind would listened & followed the advise from someone or beings that cannot be trusted? I don't think so! The 13th Dalai Lama had great faith in Tomo Geshe Rinpoche, a well known Dorje Shugden practitioner whom the 13th Dalai Lama feels is a manifestation of Je Tsongkapa. When the Oracle Tromo Dungkar Gonpa went into trance in front of Tomo Geshe Rinpoche and Dorje Shugden advised him to renovate the Eastern and Western Stupas as there will be foreign aggressions against Tibet. The 13th Dalai Lama immediately renovated the Golden Ganden Stupa and Potala in Lhasa. For believing in Tomo Geshe Rinpoche Tibet has averted a national crises.
